DESIGN CUSTOM PEPTIDES

We study complex systems and design peptide(s) with particular characteristics such as higher affinity and/or selectivity for a given receptor. We also customize peptides so as to make them more stable both structurally and chemically. Thus, our results will guide experimentalist to do more targeted tests with higher chance of success and avoid random tests which mostly result in failure.
